Will be sadly missed forever.Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 12 noon.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
