Passed away in Mary Stevens Hospice, November 1, aged 45 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Friday, November 18, at Upper Gornal Methodist Church, 2.30pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium, 4.10pm.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Cancer Research may be given at the Service or to Mr Stephen Tomlinson (Todd).
Much loved and surely missed by all who knew her.
