Mr Doug McGill, Debbie and Steve and the Family of the late Mrs Sheila McGill wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Customers of The Acton Arms for your cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.
We extend our special thanks to her Doctors and to the Staff on Ward 23 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S. Trust for all your efforts on her behalf throughout her long illness, to the Doctors and the wonderful Staff at the Severn Hospice at Shrewsbury for your care of and kindness to Sheila and to the Family throughout her stay with you and for the tremendous dignity afforded to her in the closing hours of her life.
To Steve (Son-in-law), Craige, Bradley, Frazer, Alex and Andrew (Grandsons and Grandsons-in-law) for the dignity with which you completed your duties as Bearers. To everyone who contributed their memories of Sheila to us for inclusion in the Ceremony and particularly toher Brother Ken Giblin, to the President of Bridgnorth R.F.C. Alun Stoll and to Grandson Bradley for your very personal, warm and witty contributions to the Ceremony, to Granddaughter Emily for your musical contribution to the Service.
To everyone atBridgnorth R.F.C Clubhouse for your warm hospitality, for the excellent post Funeral reception and for looking after us all so very well afterwards and to the Reverend Hugh Patterson, Organist Mrs Alison Foxall and all Members of Bridgnorth Ukulele Band for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of the life and times of Sheila McGill.
