Derek James

Mrs Jean Onions, Sophie, Verity and Jamie, Claudia, Eva and Alexa wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Customers for the cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between Worfield and Bridgnorth Cricket Clubs (Junior Sections), The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital and Bridgnorth Fire Service. Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We wish to extend our special thanks to his Doctorsand to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for all your efforts on Derek's behalf over the years, to the Paramedics and the Ambulance Service for all you did for Derek, to the Doctors and all the Staff at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S. Trust for your care of and kindness to Derek throughout his stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to him in the final hours of his life, to Mr Charles Whittaker for your very warm and witty personal reflections during the Service and to other Reverend Preb. Simon Cawdell and Organist Mr Stephen Lomas for leading us in a most comforting Service.
