Passed away peacefully after a courageous struggle with his illness, on June 12, 2016, aged 75 years.

Precious Husband of Sue, much loved Dad of Simon and Sally, Father-in-law to Claire and Dicky, adored Grandad Tom to Matthew, George, Lucy, Tom, Molly and Ruby.

A Service to Celebrate Tom's life to take place at St Peter's Church, Myddle, on Friday, June 24, at 1.30pm.

No flowers please.

Donations if desired to Oak Ward at The Redwoods Centre,for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in Church.
