of Woodside, Telford passed away peacefully surrounded by his Family at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on May 8, 2016, following an illness bravely borne, aged 63 years.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service 12 noon Friday, May 27, at St. Michael's Church, Madeley followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

A splash of pink clothing would be nice. Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Cancer Research U.K. would be appreciated.[brk][brk]
