Passed peacefully away on May 3, 2016, aged 4 months.

A much loved Daughter, Sister, Granddaughter, Niece and Cousin.

It was a privilege to get to know Ivy and she will be sadly missed.

A private Interment will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Welshpool Baptist Church on Friday, May 20 at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only.
