Dad, it's your birthday.

My dearest Father, gone to the gone where you don't come back from.

I thought of you again today but that is nothing new, I thought of you yesterday and will tomorrow too. I think of you in silence and make no outward show, for what it meant to lose you, only those who loved you know.

Remembering you is easy, I do it every day, it's the heartache of losing you that will never go away.

There was never a man of your equal, no Father could ever compare, I loved you Dad and I'll always remember for me, you were always there.
