Passed away at Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, Bangor, on Friday, January 1, 2016, aged 66.

Beloved Husband to Sue, much loved Father of Peter and Emily, Grandad to Sadie, Father-in-law to Ben and Anna.

Jim will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Bangor Crematorium, on Tuesday, January 12, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only but if desired donations to The Hebog Ward at Bangor Hospital.
