Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, Woodhouse Lane, Redhill, Telford, TF2 9NJ, on Tuesday, December 22, at 10am.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired for The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
