Of Millstream Way, Leegomery, Telford. Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital on November 22, 2015, aged 75 years. Loving Mum of Philip, Mark and Joanne and a much loved Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Sister.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at 2pm.

Donations would be appreciated for The Midlands Air Ambulance, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
