Of Turnpike Court, St. Georges.

Aged 78 years.

Sadly passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, surrounded by her Family.

A much loved Mom, Nan and Great-Nan.

Reunited with her beloved Husband.

FuneralService to held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at 11am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for Hope House Children's Hospice in remembrance of Ashley Evans, for which purpose a collection box will be provided atthe Crematorium.
