Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on Monday, October 26, 2015, aged 78 years.

Much loved Brother of Bryn and David.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium, Redhill, on Monday, November 16, at 11am.

It was Ivor's wish that people attend the Funeral in casual dress.

No flowers but donations if so desired to The Macmillan Nurses Fund would be very much appreciated, for which purpose a donations box will be provided at the Crematorium.
