Passed away peacefully following a long illness, borne with great courage and dignity on September 21, 2015, aged 50 years, at St Anne's Hospice in Greater Manchester.

The loving Husband of Carole and the beloved Son ofTony and Hilary and a Brother to Steven. Adrian will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral to take place on October 1, 2015, at St Mark's Church, Manchester, at 12 noon.

A Memorial Service in Bridgnorth to be arranged later.
