Of Wolverhampton, formerly of Telford and Shrewsbury. Passed away on August 21, 2015, aged 57 years. A loving Dad to Kirsty, Christopher and Emma, treasured Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and beloved Partner to Jenny.

Dave will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, September 8, at 1.45pm.

A splash of colour to be worn at the Family's request.

No flowers please.

Donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
