Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 81 years, surrounded by his Family.

Will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life Service, at 12 noon, Telford Crematorium, Tuesday, July 14.

Dress code informal.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired would be appreciated to go to CCU and ITU of The Princess Royal Hospital, where he was wonderfully cared for.
