Peacefully on April 24, 2015, at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, surrounded by her loving Family.

Chris, aged 68 years, of Loggerheads.

The dearly loved Wife of Vin, precious Daughter of Joan and the late Reg and much loved by John, devoted Mum of Richard, Lee and the late Jason, loving Mother-in-law of Lucy and Jackie, cherished Nan of Lucas, Bradley, Rosie, Meg, Holly and Aoife.

Chris will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at St. Johnthe Baptist Church, Ashley, on Wednesday May 13, at 2pm, followed by Cremation at Bradwell Crematorium.

Will Relatives please accept this intimation, Friends kindly meet at the Church.

Family flowers only please.
