Sadly missed by Wife Glynis, Daughter Anna, Son Tom, Sister Elizabeth, Brothers Jim and Stephen and all loving Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium, on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at 11am.

Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully accepted for British Heart Foundation.
