Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on March 9, 2015, aged 70 years.
Loving Wife of Graham, Mum to Paula and Nicola and Mother-in-law to Gerald.
Funeral Service 10am, Friday, March 20, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
