A much loved Mom and Nan who will be sadly missed.

We sat beside your bedside, we held your hand so tight, we knew you couldn't stay with us but you fought with all your might.

They say that hearts don't really break but that simply is not true, for when You took our Mom away You broke our hearts in two, we will cherish every memory of the years we spent with you.

Brokenhearted Daughter Jane, Son Paul and Grandson Elliot.
