Passed away peacefully on December 3, 2014, at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 70 years.

Loving Husband of Jean, Dad to Andrew and Charlotte, Jason and Corrine, Grandad to Joshua, William and Amy.

He will besadly missed by all.

Funeral Service at 3pm, Thursday, December 18, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Ward 4, at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
