Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Monday, November 24, 2014, at 1pm.

No flowers by request.

Donations if wished to be equally divided between The British Red Cross and the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
