Pat, Daughters and their Husbands, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren would like to thank all Family, Friends and Neighbours for the cards and sympathy received and for all the help during his last weeks at home prior to hisdeath on July 22.

Thank you to Reverend Andrew Perrin and Reverend Tim Williams for a wonderful Service at St Michael's, Dolau and for all the donations for St David's Hospice, The Bracken Trust and St Michael's Churchyard Fund.

Special thanks to Dr Tattersall and the Surgery at Llandrindod Wells, Hereford Hospital Palliative Care Team, all the Llandrindod District Nurses and Palliative Team at St David's Hospice Nurses.
