David, Margaret, Jackie and Family wish to express their sincere thanks to Family, Friends and John's Neighbours for the kindness shown and support given during the sad loss of a beloved Brother and Uncle. Also for your attendance at the Service, we appreciated you being there and donations given in his memory for Cancer Research UK, amounting to œ240.

Special and heartfelt thanks are extended to the Nursing Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford and Staff of Agnes Campbell Ward, Bridgnorth Hospital for the excellent nursing and care John received during his stay with them. To all the Staff at Innage Grange Care Home, your understanding and thoughtfulness not only for John but members of his Family gave us peace of mind to know he was lovingly cared for. Our thanks also to Mr. Ken Steadman who conducted the Service, your words of comfort and kindness was a great help, the Florist Annette Nicholls for supplying the Family flowers, they were beautiful and Mr. John Haycox of P. Haycox and Son for his help, kindness and professionalism.

We will miss you John.
