Peacefully passed away at The Manor Hospital on Friday, July 4, aged 90 years.
Funeral Service will be on Friday, July 18, 2014, at 1pm at Streetly Crematorium, East Chapel.
Family flowers only. Donations may be made to either Alzheimer's Society or Walsall Healthcare N.H.S. Trust.
