Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, on Saturday, June 28, aged 66 years.

Beloved Wife of Russell, Mum of Gavin and Adrian, Nannie of Jake, Sister-in-law of Hilary and John.

Much loved by all the Family.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, July 9, at 11am for Family and close Friends followed by a Celebration of Life Service which all are welcome to attend at St John the Baptist Church, Stapleton, at 12.45pm.

No flowers by request.

Donations if desired for the Severn Hospice for a which a collection plate will be provided at both Services.

It was Jan's wish that a splash of blue/turquoise be worn.
