REID (Tain/Merthyr Tydfil)Scott's family, Jack, Vivianne, Douglas, Wendy and Melba wish to convey their heartfelt gratitude to all who expressed their sympathy to them in so many ways and shared their memories of and warm regard for Scott, who will be so sorely missed. Both the funeral service in Merthyr Tydfil, conducted by Pastor Andy Pitt and thanksgiving service in Tain, conducted by Rev. Douglas Horne brought great comfort to the family and many friends of Scott, whose strong Christian faith was an example to us all. Special thanks to those who attended the church services and graveside service, for the beautiful floral tributes and for the handsome sum of money to be donated to the Cardiff and Vale ULHB (fundraising neuroscience). We are deeply grateful to Mr Carwen Iles and Mr Huw Dyer of Harp Funeral Services, Merthyr Tydfil who took care of Scott there, to Mr. Alasdair Rhind and Mr Murray Macleod, who brought Scott home to Tain and to Alasdair for his loving and compassionate handling of the funeral arrangements.
