Passed away peacefully at Stoke Royal Infirmary on August 10, 2011, aged 72 years.

Loving Father of Leslie and Susan, Father-in-law of Dawn and David, dearest Grandfather of Lee, Luke, Josh and Jessica and Great-Grandad of Archie and Reuben.

Will always be loved and sadly missed.

Funeral Service, 3.30pm, Wednesday, August 24, at St Peter's Church, Wrockwardine, followed by Interment in Wrockwardine Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the ICU at Stoke Royal Infirmary, would be appreciated.
