Helen
Of Madeley, Telford, formerly of Lanark, passed away peacefully in the presence of her Family on March 13, 2014, at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 73 years.
Much loved Wife of Jack and a loving Mother and Nan who will be forever remembered by all who knew her.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Wednesday, March 19, at Telford Crematorium.
Flowers welcome if desired.

so sorry to hear of your sad loss only found out today we are now living in Spain. We lost mum in September to pancreatic cancer she passed away within 5 weeks of knowing we did try to locate you but were unable to. Much love to you all Kim Collins nee bailey Jane and Alans daughter xxx
