Of Ludlow, passed away peacefully in The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on March 7, 2014, aged 57 years.

A beloved Husband and Dad. Loved and dearly missed by all his Family and Friends and also by his faithful companions Bailey and Paddy.

Funeral Service to take place at Hereford Crematorium, on Wednesday, March 19, at 3pm.

Family flowers only please with kind donations received in Phil's memory being given to CCU at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
