Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 26, 2013, aged 68 years.
Tony will be sadly missed by all his Loving Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium, on Friday, January 10, 2014, at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to St Giles' Hospice c/o Tony's Family please.
