Funeral Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on December 12, 2013, at 11.40am.

Family flowers only.

A donation box will be placed at the Service for Action Heart and CAPD, Russells Hall Hospital.

My beautiful Husband

I sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do, I held your hand and kissed your face and gently talked to you.

I told you that I loved you and wanted you to stay but deep inside you knew you had to go away.

It broke my heart to lose you but you did not go alone for part of me went with you when God called you home.

Goodnight, God bless my darling until we meet again.
