Sadly passed away on Wednesday, November 20.
Much loved by all her Family and Friends.
Sylvia will be missed by all who knew her.
The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at 2.30pm, at Stafford Crematorium.
Family flowers only please.
