Formerly of Sedgley, passed away at Comberton Nursing Home, Amblecote, on November 17, 2013, aged 79 years.

Much loved Husband to Kath and Father to Debbie and Andrew.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family.

Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Tuesday, December 3, at 11.40am.

Family flowers only.
