Passed away on November 7, 2013, at New Cross Hospital, aged 88 years.
Funeral Service at St John's Church, Essington, on Thursday, November 28, at 12.45pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, 1.30pm, WestChapel.
Flowers, or if desired donations to Heart and Lung, New Cross Hospital.
Sadly missed by loving Wife Renee.
