Sadly passed away at Russells Hall Hospital on Saturday, November 16, 2013, aged 77 years.

He will be missed by his Wife Mavis, Daughter Samantha and Grandsons Gregory and Harry.

The Funeral Service is to take place at St. Mary's Church, Kingswinford on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at 12 noon, followed by Interment at St. Mary's.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to Prostate Cancer Research c/o J.T BROOKES & CO 62 Market Street Kingswinford DY6 9LH 01384 296683.

Sorry to hear about your loss my dad allan taylor sadly passed away on may 1st 2013 aswell , i allways remember my dad spoke highly of sam . Rest in peace .
