Sadly passed away November 13, 2013, aged 90 years.

Service at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Newton Road, on November 22, at 3.15pm.

Family flowers only please and if desired donations for Help for Heroes.

All welcomeafterwards at Charlemont Social Club.

With tears we saw you suffer, as we watched you fade away, our hearts were almost broken as you fought so hard to stay. We knew you had to leave us but you never went alone, for part of us went with youthe day you left our home.

Daughter Julie, Son-in-law Sid, Hayley and Ben, Terry, Pauline and Family and Paul, Mandy and Girls.
