Passed away peacefully on Monday, November 11, 2013, aged 86 years.
Dearly loved Mother of Paul and Mother-in-law to Janet.
Will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service and Committal willtake place at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Thursday, November 28, at 10.45am.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired will be forwarded to Kidney Research UK.
