Sadly passed away at home on November 6, 2013.

The Funeral will be held at St Mark's Church, Tuesday, November 19, at 12.30pm, following on to Tipton Cemetery at 1pm.

Afterwards all are welcome to join us at Tipton Sportsand Social Club, Sedgley Road East, at 1.30pm.

I never knew how hard it would be to lose someone you love so much until the day you went to Heaven above.

In my heart you will always remain, love you forever, until we meet again.

With tears we saw you suffer as we watched you fade away, our hearts were almost broken as you fought so hard to stay, we knew you had to leave us but you never went alone for part of us went with you the day you left your home.
