Passed away peacefully at Himley Mill Nursing Home, on Wednesday, November 5, 2013, aged 84 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Friday, November 15, 2013, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 11am.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.
