Passed away on Monday, October 28.
He was very much loved, and will be missed by his Family, Friends and all who knew him.
His Funeral Service will take place on Friday, November 8, 2013, at St. Mary's Church, Cannock at 12 noon, followed by a Cremation at Stafford Crematorium.
