It is with great sadness we have to announce that Phyllis passed away at New Cross Hospital on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, aged 89 years.

Now reunited with beloved Husband Albert.

Funeral Service to be held at St Mary's Church, Hurst Hill, Coseley, on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at 12.15pm, followed by Burial at Beacon Hill Cemetery at 1pm.
