Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on October 5, 2013, aged 62 years.

Funeral Service to take place at St Martin's Church, Bradley on Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at 11am, followed by Burial at Hall Green Cemetery.

Angels come in many forms, for us it was our Mother, we've love we can't express in words, there will never be another.Thank you Mom for all that you have done, you took great care of your Daughter and Son, you were the best Mother that anyone could have had, now you can rest in the loving arms of our Dad.
