Late of Cannock. Sadly passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2013.
Funeral Service will take place at Telford Crematorium, Woodhouse Lane, Red Hill, TF2 9LJ on Thursday, October 17, at 2pm.
Afterwards at Stanton Public House, Stanton upon Hine Heath, Shawbury, everyone welcome.
No flowers or black please.
