Passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 3, 2013, aged 56 years.
David will be sadly missed by his loving Mother Betty, Sister Lynne and all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place on Monday, October 14, 2013, at Stourbridge Crematorium, at 11.40am.
