Passed away September 23, 2013, surrounded by her loving Family.
Funeral Service at St Andrew's Church, Carters Green, Thursday, October 10, at 12pm, followed by Burial at All Saint's Church, West Bromwich.
Will be greatly missed by Husband Patrick, Sons Warren and Greg, and Daughters-in-law Emma and Samantha.
