Of Heath Hayes, sadly passed away at Walsall Manor, on September 24, 2013, aged 83 years.
Will be missed by all his Family and Friends.
Service to be held on Thursday, October 3, at Bourne Methodist Church, Heath Hayes, 1.45pm, followed by Committal at Stafford Crematorium.
