Passed away at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley on Saturday, September 7, 2013, aged 71 years.
Funeral Service to be held on Monday, September 23, 2013, at St Bartholomew's Church, Church Hill, Wednesbury at 1.45pm, followed by the Burialat Fallings Heath Cemetery, Bee Bee Road, Wednesbury, at 2.30pm.
All Family and Friends welcome.
