STACKHOUSE Florence, nee Rayner, known as Gwen.

Passed away in Sandwell Hospital on September 1, 2013, aged 99 years.

Will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 12.15pm, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium.

Flowers accepted or donations, if desired, for Dementia UK, for which purpose there will be a collection box at the Crematorium.
