Terry Lewis and Family would like to thank their Family, Friends and Neighbours for the many sympathy cards and beautiful flowers received. Mavis would have loved them.
The kindness shown by everybody has been a great comfort during this difficult time.
Also a special thank you to all the Staff at Himley Mill Nursing Home, Woodlands House for the untiring care and kindness they gave to Mavis during her time with them.

Thank you Terry & Family for your thanks to all staff at Woodlands Unit Himley.It was always a pleasure to look after Mavis and we miss her and your laugh around the unit everyday.
